Our dishes to share in a group

At Txakolina, the table fills up with dishes to nibble on and share, rooted in Basque and traditional Madrid cooking. Some of the favourites at celebrations:

To start: tabla de jamón ibérico, croquetas (jamón ibérico, rabo de toro or boletus), pulpo a la gallega, pimientos del Padrón and rabas de calamares.
Our stars: raviolis fritos de cocido madrileño, pan bao de puntillas de calamar, txakopan de callos en salsa vizcaína and the hamburguesa de costillas BBQ con Idiazabal.
For the meat lovers: rabo de toro en vino tinto, carrillera, presa ibérica or a good entrecot. And for large groups, our paellas (seafood, valenciana or mixed).
For dessert, tarta de queso donostiarra. And to toast, txakoli from Getaria or a house vermut.
